This project involved developing a suburban housing brand in Northern Thailand, where the client had not yet established a brand identity.
We stepped in to define the brand positioning, working closely with the client to understand their target audience, desired market position, and overall brand image. These insights were then analyzed against the competitive real estate landscape to identify the most strategic positioning.
From there, we translated the strategy into a cohesive brand identity, ensuring it aligns with both market expectations and the client’s vision.
